How long does shipping take for coffee orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is the shelf life of ZUS® coffee beans and capsules?
Our coffee products are best enjoyed within 12 months of the roasting date. For maximum freshness, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt.
Are ZUS® products Halal certified?
Yes, all ZUS® ingredients and manufacturing processes are certified Halal by JAKIM, ensuring they meet strict dietary and quality standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as popular e-wallets and online banking (FPX) for a seamless checkout experience.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within domestic regions only. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to bring ZUS® coffee to international customers soon.
